Each week we recap the best of Pickwatch's valuable expert and fan data to show you the best players, whether they're experts or fans.

One of the difficulties with so much valuable data is to know where to start. This weekly rundown will give you lots of the answers you seek, and maybe some ideas about how you can use our data tables and filters to find the hottest experts and fans to follow.

NFL Week 4

In our straight up picks, there are now 2 fans ahead of the leading expert, but we can slice this up again and find an even hotter performance. Using our 'range' filter, we can see that two players have a win rate of almost 85% over the last 2 weeks, and 5 players have over 80%. Following the hottest experts and fans is a huge weapon in our armory, and these guys are showing that they know their stuff. There are now 2 users who have exceeded +$1,000 in profit on the season already. Notice how both of these players do not use a blanket $100 approach, they minimize the risk on picks that they aren't sure of. This is a vital way of limiting your losses, and yields greater long term profits as it is not entirely tied to win percentage or odds. One of those same players has an extraordinary 9-1 record picking underdogs this season, generating a profit of $733, but they aren't our most profitable underdog picker. Sorting by profit, we can see that although one player has a worse percentage, they have generated more profit by hitting on underdogs that have bigger odds, and limiting the stakes they have on less confident picks. In ATS picks, we have a player who has a staggering 82% win rate picking against the spread. Given the margins on ATS picks, that's a player generating around 30% profit on their stakes this season.
