Each week we recap the best of Pickwatch's valuable expert and fan data to show you the best players, whether they're experts or fans. Our top data yields many trends that are easy to follow, especially with tools like our underdog selection highlighter (see the 'customize' box in the top right of money line tables).

One of the difficulties with so much valuable data is to know where to start. This weekly rundown will give you lots of the answers you seek, and maybe some ideas about how you can use our data tables and filters to find the hottest experts and fans to follow, as well as quick links to the best trends of the week.

NFL Week 13

  • Straight-up expert picks Our current leader is not only performing well over the 2023 season, but also leads all experts over the last 5 weeks, with a record of 56-18. Check out their picks here.   • Straight up profit Although our overall leader has won 6 more picks over the course of the season, one of our experts has been red hot recently. and over the last 5 weeks, has made almost $300 more profit over the last 5 weeks, despite winning the same number of picks. They're getting more underdogs right, which generates greater profits. See who they are by clicking here.   • Straight up fan picks The best experts aren't always the best people to follow, however. Many fans picking on Pickwatch can outperform experts with their picks, and the best performing fan over the last 5 weeks has 3 more wins over the same period than the best expert.   • Straight up fan profit As with the experts, getting the most wins doesn't always mean making the most profit. Our best performing fan player has more than double the profit of the best performing expert, with almost $2,000 in profit over the last 5 weeks alone.   • NFL Underdog picks In weeks where it's tough to pick underdogs, not only can you read Upset Watch, which has over $8,000 profit over the 3 previous seasons, but you can also see which fans and experts have the best records picking against the odds. This week, if we set the minimum number of upset picks to 2, and add some other minimum thresholds, we can see that one user has a 73% record picking underdogs in 2023, and has 4 underdog picks this week. (Fans only, NFL money line picks, minimum 2 underdog picks, minimum 5 underdog picks this season, sorted by underdog win % this season)
  • Against the Spread picks When you have a player who consistently wins against the spread, it's time to pay attention. This user has made almost $2,500 profit in just the last 5 weeks, with over $3,000 on the season.   • Points total over/under picks, If you're making points total picks, check out the users at the top of the last 5 weeks, all of whom agreed on Thursday night's game.
