**Perhaps one of this week's hardest matchups to pick on paper, the Lions must travel to Philly where the Eagles have been less than stellar this year. I find it amusing that Chip Kelly is in the conversation for coach of the year in 2013, primarily because he would probably be on the hot seat were it not for the injury that forced him to play Nick Foles, who then turned out to be the Eagles best QB since McNabb.
