Hello again! Here are my Week 17 fantasy football notes.

Kansas City at Pittsburgh

The Steelers advanced pass coverage metrics have been very poor of late. This gives Kansas City one of the most favorable pass matchup points totals in Week 17. That gives Patrick Mahomes has 20+ point potential, so give him strong start consideration this week.

Baltimore at Houston

Baltimore’s pass defense had its issues earlier this year, but the Ravens have now allowed 202 or fewer net passing yards in five straight games. C.J. Stroud hasn’t posted more than 16.06 points since Week 6 and just lost Tank Dell to injury. Merge these two factors and Stroud is a QB2 this week.

Seattle at Chicago

D’Andre Swift hasn’t posted a game with 10+ PPR points since Week 11. Seattle’s run defense has been much improved in recent weeks, so Swift also has an unfavorable matchup. These two elements indicate that Swift is a low ceiling flex candidate this week.

Los Angeles Chargers at New England

The Chargers rush defense has held only two foes below 100 yards since Week 2 and has allowed 333 yards over the past two games. That makes this a great matchup for Rhamondre Stevenson, but he’s scored 12.9 or fewer PPR points in the past six weeks. He’s got upside potential due to the matchup, but there may be better options out there.
